We arrived so early that the Dim Sum cart workers were all standing and waiting for the kitchen to load their carts. It was so cold that they had let us wait inside instead of lining up at the door as they would have us do in summer.
We started with sticky rice -- Alice's favorite. We also had lots of other buns, steamed clams, fried and steamed dumplings with shrimp, crab, and scallops; turnip cakes, Chinese broccoli, crab balls, pineapple buns, green honeydew pudding, almond tofu pudding with fruit cocktail, and sesame balls. We saw lots of other dishes that we didn't manage to eat like green beans, duck, pork, and many more.
