Kayaking at Gallup Park

Under the bridge.

A nest under the bridge, probably the second clutch of eggs this year.

A group of kids, possibly from the day camp that meets in the park.

After the Storm

We were lucky last week, but these neighbors, not so much.

Such beautiful summer photos. Storms have been sever everywhere this year. We're in a strong storm watch Saturday and Sunday and I'm not looking forward to it. Glad you had no damage.

LOve your beautiful photos, the first two are really stunning. Storms destroy so much, we never know who or where the next one will hit. Have a great weekned, Valerie

Hello Mae,
What a lovely post. The Swallowtail on the coneflowers is gorgeous.
I just love the sunflower. The kayaking looks fun. Neat sighting of the Barn Swallow on the nest. The Mute Swan is pretty, great sightings. I am glad you were safe from the storm, sorry about your neighbor's car. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a great weekend. PS, thank so much for leaving me a comment.

Among my favorites are the shots of the barn swallow, bee, butterfly, and the bridge. It seems like a menacing storm.

Kayaking must be fun (sadly I don´t dare to, wearing glasses). To sunflowers and the Outdoors!

How terrible to see the damage from the storms. I hope they got everything cleared away and fixed. Love your flower close ups and butterflies and bees!

Oh I once had a large tree fall on my car at night when I was living in Seattle .... the roof was creased thru but the car started! Insurance had to solve the rest. Lovely water pictures.
