Croissants

After several years of bread baking, Len decided to try the ultimate challenge: croissants!

A perfect square of butter on a square of dough.

The dough is rolled multiple times.

Shaping the croissant.

Total time from mixing until baking is complete: 24 hours.

Flaky layers! And they are delicious.

That is a masterpiece. Croissants are hard ot make and I remeber one of my foodie friends (GirliChef and she doesn't post anymore) made them. Took ages and very impressive. Way to go Len!
