@Iris -- Michigan did have a football game on Saturday. But not "footy" -- that's a different game with different rules that's played in England and Australia. And it was only chilly for a football Saturday in November, not really cold by historical standards.
My daughter and son-in-law in MN got snow yesterday. It's an exciting prospect for us as we've always lived in the South. She's getting her new sled ready.
Poor little flower. It may have outlived its best season.
Snow! I've experienced it a dozen times in my sixty-five years. I can't imagine a life with daily snow for extended periods of time. Beautiful, though.
