Your pizza looks delicious! And you grill yous slightly different than we do. I usually put the rolled out dough on the grill and lightly cook each side, then bring it in and load it up. You've inspired me to try it this way. I think tonight might have to be pizza night! Have a great day Mae.

@Erika — We have done it the way you describe, but decided to try it with the pizza stone, which we pre-heated as the charcoal burned, and then we slid the pizza with toppings onto the hot stone. I think we liked this way better because the cheese had time to really melt and the bottom of the pizza which was on the very hot stone was quite dark and toasty.

I've always been tempted to grill pizza, but have never done it. Mainly because we live really close to several pizza places, and it's hard to resist the allure of takeout. Yours looks great, though, and Cotes du Rhone is a real favorite at our house. :-)

We've never done pizza on the grill. This looks terrific!

Like Jeanie above, pizza on the grill is new to me, but it looks delicious, and when you don't want to turn on the oven, a great way to cook it. Be sure to save a slice for me - and a glass of wine too!

So delicious looking ...food and drink. I’m impressed that you have custom-made coasters!

@Sallie -- Custom-made coasters would be fun, but in fact this one advertises a beer from Belgium called Maes Pils. Someone brought me the coaster from a bar in Europe.

That flat iron looks like something we need. I'm going to tell Dave so he can make us one.

What a great job with homemade pizza. It looks do good. We just finished a take out pizza and bottle of Dreaming Tree Crush for movie night.

Pizza and wine perfect!
Since John is now gluten free we go out for pizza. JOhn gets his gluten free and I do the regular.

That pizza looks delicious. I'd never have thought of cooking one on a grill like that. Cool!
