Wildlife in my Neighborhood

One of the many residents of our front yard.

In the Fairy's Garden

Who owns all this? I guess it's the neighbor a few blocks from us. Or a nearby fairy village.

A Prehistoric Garden

Here is an unexpected resident down the street from us, who evidently heard the governor's
executive proclamation about wearing masks.

The owners of this property were asked if people stole their dinosaurs.
In fact, they say, they count them every year when they bring them in for
the winter, and always find more of them than they put out in spring.

And a strange reptile with Kathy’s Bear...

What a fun neighborhood. I should try to film one of our resident squirrels stealing peaches off our try while a mockingbird dive bombs him. :)

Really cool post. We have rabbits galore in our yard (eating all of our plants). And hawks flying overhead -- hunting the rabbits!

Those chipmunks remind me of when we used to live in the foothills. I used to leave the patio door open for my dog. One day I came home to find all the chocolate coffee beans missing from the candy dish. Not a trace of them left. Thinking my dog was going to die right then and there, I called the vet. She said don't bring her in if she is acting fine. So I refilled the dish. Next day I was home and sure enough in walked a chipmunk, through the patio door. Acted like he owned the place!

I tried to play the video, but I got an error. I think the dinosaur garden is such fun. I love how the dinosaurs are wearing masks. That is fun to see and I laughed when I saw them protecting themselves. So glad to read that people don't steal them, because it allows others to appreciate them, too.

Kathy's bear has a scary visitor today. I hope the bear is OK. Loved these photos.

To respond to your concerns about religion, it's just a personal choice. I'm not good with either religion or politics, although politics have started creeping into my Friday Smiles.

The fairy garden is amazing. But I love the dinasour one, and the mask wearing one the most.

About the video: sometimes you have to click on the arrow a second time after it has loaded. I don't have any way to test it other than on Apple products, so I don't know if it works elsewhere... mae
