The other is named Arthur, and was purchased from King Arthur himself a few weeks ago.

Yum! I'm not good with keeping starters, and gave up a long time ago, but I feel that instructor's pain!

My deepest hope (and probably one of Rick's, too) is that one day, our Baby Grand will grow up to love to bake and experiment in the way your beautiful Evelyn does. I think it's fabulous she is so into it and her bread looks gorgeous -- artisan bakery-worthy. (So do the waffles!)
