Love the pussy willows. Too bad spring isn't yet on the way. I woke up to snow yesterday. I think it's stalled here! Great photos, Mae.

It's true. I want it to be smooth and careful. We had a late frost last year.

Oh my! It was in the upper 70s at home the day we flew to Paris and yesterday it snowed all day. Yes, it was cold, but I felt delighted to get to experience snow in Paris.

I think that's a red-winged blackbird.

What type of bird is that? It's so pretty.

Hello,
Pretty signs of Spring. I love the pussy willows and the pretty Red-winged Blackbird. Our last frost could be in May. Great photos. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a happy weekend. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.

Any sign of spring is welcome. I think we have passed the limping stage here and are breaking into a slow trot!

Oh, if it would happen here, too - nice to see yours!
Well, it starts here, but, wee, too cold for my liking.

Definitely limping. I REALLY want to put away my fleece. Not a chance.

Ah, Pussy Willows and a Red Winged Blackbird! Beautiful photos. We have hints of Spring but not yet what I'd expect of the season.

Beautiful! Red-Winged Blackbirds always remind me of camping trips we took when I was a child. The campground we often went to had marshy areas that they loved to hang out in. It is their lovely trill that I remember most.

That blackbird is posing for his photo! Very neat and I love the other photos too. Spring is near!

I agree, it did not come in roaring like a lion, LOL!

I don’t think I’ve seen pussy willow in Florida but maybe the nursery has some. The birds are so pretty. We currently have a towhee in residence pecking our windows. He’s convinced his wife is inside.

Even here in Arizona I'm seeing signs of spring growth on trees. Red-winged blackbirds always remind me of visiting my grandparents when I was a kid. They were thick in the cattail marshes nearby. - Margy
