I always leave hungry after I visit one of your food fests. If only all of us could eat as well as you. You should live to the age of 110 the way you eat.

I love the colors in the kitchen with all the blue and then the red utensils. Interesting way to serve gefilte fish. I've never seen it added to a salad. Wonder if my husband would like it that way. Everything looks delicious !

I love the blue and red in the picture with your new utensil crock. That is one of my favorite kitchen combos. Looks like you had a lot of amazing food in April.

Mae, the Texas food dishes were of special interest as we are about and hour and a half from Houston and just under an hour from Galveston. Now I have a few references for dinner and a drive! Thanks so much for the info, have a great May.

I love your images of Texas, how I imagine the "great outback" of the US that I've never been to. Asparagus is in season here! Maybe I will make asparagus and goats cheese crêpes this week they are making my mouth water. Have a great May!

Lovely crockpot! That salad lunch looks delicious. Texas sounds interesting - the blue lit sashimi looks so fancy, lots of wonderful salads and those crepes look delicious - wish there were more vegetarian crepe dishes in restaurants. Have also enjoyed browsing photos on your blog over the past couple of weeks - some really beautiful images of birds and artwork

Mae. I am really enjoying seeing all the photos of your travels in places I have never been to, such as Texas, so different to our experiences here in Australia. Asparagus and goats cheese crepes look so delicious, fish camp? sounds interesting. The Taco Salad looks like quite the meal to share, love how the Salmon Sashimi is served. So much to like about your post, thankyou.
