I've never tried steamed eggs. Something for me to add to my list. The fresh shellfish must have been amazing.

Oh I love all your Chinese-y dishes and that wok looks like it's the perfect vessel for all that! You are so dedicated to documenting your meals, I'm afraid a lot of my dinners would look exactly the same :)
