So very lovely! I remember that peonies always bloomed just on time for Memorial Day (back in our former life, when we lived and gardened in the Pacific Northwest.)

I am SO sad. The guy to the north cut my peony bush down when he built the fence. It had been my grandmother's and I had brought it with me every time I moved. These are truly lovely and I am so glad you got to see these at the Nichols Arboretum.

I have no doubt that I would enjoy a pleasant stroll through the gardens and I would be sure to pay my respects to the spider.

Fantastic shots. I'm always happy to see pollinators on flowers.

Hello,
Beautiful flowers and garden images. The flowers do attract a lot of insects, the bees are happy. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, enjoy your weekend! PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.

Peonies here too ... and yes, they are wonderful. In the Garden and of courses in the vases with other blooms.

Have a good week.

What a lovely garden to visit and it's always so neat when you get home and see that you've captured some bugs in your photos! I love it!
