Christmas in My Neighborhood

Our neighbor on the corner has a beautifully lit up porch.

I wish all my readers a wonderful Christmas weekend!
And a wonderful end-of-Chanukah.

The most decorated house in the neighborhood: now more than ever!

Many, many critters to share with Eileen!

Cookies from our next-door neighbor, on the table with our Chanukah candles.

The holiday lights in your neighborhood are so pretty Mae. I'm not into light overload, but I bet there is a lot to look at. Happy Hanukkah Mae. I'm not sure if the different spellings of that word evoke different meanings. If you know that would be an interesting post. hugs-Erika

There are several methods of transliterating Hebrew characters into English spelling, which accounts for the multiple spellings of Chanukah. However, there isn't really any meaning for different ways of spelling it.

Happy holidays! Those photos are all wonderful; for me there is something special about dark nights and twinkle lights in all colors, shapes, and sizes. Have a wonderful holiday!

These are wonderful! I am finally better, health-wise, and we
might roam the neighborhood/Christmas Market next week.

For today: Have a Merry, Happy Christmas and I hope you enjoyed Chanukah as well!

I have no idea about the orange star my unknown neighbor puts on each morning and night but I reckon it means just the same - to happy days (and nights).

Whew! Those people put some effort into their decorations. I do too, but it's all on the inside. Hope you have the merriest of holidays and had a fabulous Chanukah!
