I do really like the Monarch butterfly. I wish we had them here in the UK.

The two main butterflies we have are Mourning Cloaks and Swallowtails. I love watching them go in and out of my garden and around my flower pots. - Margy

We are participating in a pollinator study so I have been looking carefully at insects this spring and summer. I've only seen a few monarchs. Your monarch chose to pose on a lovely flower.
