Love your photos! Is there anything better than fresh fish....especially when you've caught them yourself? Sadly. I have to depend on a good fishmonger these days, but I well remember the fresh perch in Michigan...and perch roe! So snall, but my mother used to fry those little gems in butter. YUM! Nobody, but nobody has perch roe anymore.
