| We couldn't visit the Florida Gulf coast without trying gator... so tonight we ate at a restaurant called Gator Bites Tail & Ale, not a chain but the only one. |

| All kinds of gator on the menu. Len ordered a gator quesadilla. I stuck with shrimp, which I've eaten every day. I love gulf shrimp. And I had key lime pie for dessert. I really love key lime pie! Thanks, Florida. I plan to work on a recipe when I get home. |

Gorgeous photos! I don't think I've ever had gator -- looks like a fun restaurant. I love blackened shrimp.
GreaT photos of birds, I love them. We are near the panhandle in the Tallahassee area. As a matter of fact, we rode the trike to Apalachicola yesterday for lunch. It's almost 2 hours for us. Wouldn't that have been funny to see each other and we wouldn't even know it!
Beautiful photos, especially the spoonbills. We saw some this week, too! We've eaten at Gator Bites... think my husband appreciated it more than I did. I'll stick to shrimp ;-)
Great pictures. I had gator once and it wasn't too bad. Shrimp is by far my favorite.
I want everything on your plate. A friend of mine coined the term "shrimp strumpet" and I am one!
