| The large loaf was a “miche” — it weighed around 2 kilos. The small loaf was a pepper-flavored white bread, pain de mie. |

Being with friends is always like a mini-holiday!
It's always nice to get together with friends. We had a meal together with 14 friends last Friday night at someone's home and 6 of them now have Covid. It's going around again! But thankfully no one is too bad. My husband is one of them.
I watched a favorite PBS show that showed how t make that bread. It isn't simple or easy at all. Beautiful bread and great wine. It's definitely a great party starter. Thanks for sharing with us for T this Tuesday. dear Mae.
