In the New York Times today: “When 4 Photographers Looked Up, This Is What They Saw” — an article about taking pictures from an interesting point of view. I decided to try it. I started by looking up at my house:

Ooh - lovely! Your shot of that shagbark maple was stunning! And it was interesting to see how looking up transformed some of these subjects -- the flag and the railway gate in particular -- into something strange and almost unrecognizable.
The mural of the lady getting her eyes tested is very quirky and unusual. I like your "looking up photos", they really show different perspectives of common things. Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Mae.

That railway gate is cool. From that angle, it looked like a metal sculpture holding up two top hats!
