Yesterday in the Miami airport we ate Caribbean jerk chicken at a chain restaurant for lunch, then flew to Lima, Peru. We spent last night in an airport hotel, and today we have a tour of Lima then another flight. Our riverboat tour of the upper Amazon will be a week long -- no internet expected there at all. Mostly a welcome relief! When I return to what used to be civilization, I'll post photos!

Flying has become such a chore, but necessary to get to neat places. And your trip sounds wonderful. Enjoy! And I look forward to all the pictures. :-)
