| Fun movie to watch — I love all the cameos by famous actors from that era. |
Other Reading Last Month
I’ve been reading (or at times just sampling) several books about people and places well beyond my usual habits in reading or in socializing. I’ve enjoyed some, and I’ve been put off by others. I haven’t finished all of them, but I’m not sure I’ll be going back to them, especially as these are mainly collections of essays that can be read separately.

Did you like Home Before Dark? I liked it but not as much as I like her Forbidden Iceland police mystery series.
I recently watched a series Home before dark. Wonder if it is the same story.
Hello,
Home before Dark and the Great Moments of Humanity sound interesting. Take care, enjoy your day and great week ahead!
I need to read some Great Moments of Humanity to give me inspiration to continue to move forward.
Tragedy here: Zweig wrote upbeat history books until he was persecuted by the Nazis, fled to South America, and committed suicide with his wife. His books are very worth reading even after 100 years, but the tragedy looms.
I love Murder on the Orient Express, especially that particular one with all the famous actors.
The books, don't know any of them. Stefan Zweig I had to read at school (for German class)
Happy T-Day,

I love reading!
This is impressive, Mae. I liked both the book and various film adaptions of Orient Express.
I have enjoyed a couple different versions of The Murder of the Orient Express movies and the book too. I have been wanting to re-read Agatha Christie's novels for some time now. I'm not familiar with Five Found Dead. I'm curious about What Is Queer Food. It sounds like it would be an interesting read! I hope you have a good week, Mae.
