I hear you scream, but... Ingo got (canned) mushrooms and now we need red wine for... making goulash. I have white wine (10 months old and open since?) and likely... thank you for the idea.... will use that for making lunch tomorrow.

Red wine and tuna salad are not a recommended pairing - but I'm willing to give it a go!
Hi David — The pairing was tuna salad with diet coke or sparkling water. The red wine was for a different meal. We aren’t barbarians!
