Oh what I wouldn't do for home made latkes, Mae! My eye is still on the mend so blogging and visiting is still off limits. (I took the patch off just for today:) Just in case I don't make it back in time, I wanted to wish you and yours all the Joys of the Season!
I haven't had latkes in eons. They remain a favorite. I might order potato pancakes if I am lucky enough to find them on a menu, but to me, latkes are made by people you love and they're the best!
