Sushi isn't hard to make -- or so I've been told. Me, I always buy it, usually in a restaurant. Much easier. :-)
I don't generally get sushi around here ... I do order it in restaurants when I'm near an ocean, though.
I've never made it but I sure love eating it!
LOVE sushi! Rick used to make it quite a lot but hasn't in a long while. We'll have to see about that!
Sushi is always so pretty to look at. Not that I spend very long looking at it before enjoying it! ;-)
My sons are big sushi fans, but it's not for me.
