Recreational cannabis. We can't even get medical marijuana passed in Kansas. Ironic because it would bring in SO much money to the state if it was legalized. For that reason alone, I am in favor of this. It took me a minute to understand what I was seeing and you are right! Ten years ago, the lady would have been taken to jail for what she is openly doing in that mural.
There's a cannabis place right next to the Japanese restaurant that is our current favorite take-out. Amazing that they got in there so quickly after it became legal in Missouri.

Times have changed. Maryland has legalized Cannabis as of yesterday.
