That's quite the protest!! loved seeing your earlier blog post on pad thai. I was at a Hmong gathering and had some delicious shrimp with online and peppers and of course vermicelli egg rolls, unbelieable, they even packed me up three huge zip locked back fulls, yum.
I so wanted to go but we didn't dare with the kids. A) they would be antsy B) We stood a good chance of losing them in the crowd and C) They weren't ours, so losing them would be a bit more of an issue! But it looked well attended when we drove by and honked and waved!
"No Kiings (knights are still cool though)" held by the knight in shining armour for THE WIN! Honourable Mention to "No Kings, Especially Mad Ones."
I'd love to use that knight photo in an upcoming post about knights, if I could have your permission to do so. I'd put credit to you and a link to your blog in my post. Would that be okay?
Looks like you had a great turnout! There were between 700 and 1000 in Charleston, WV, where we attended. Which is pretty good for this very red state. There were several other rallies around the state, some which were larger than Charleston's.

I can't help but notice the sign, "No King, No War, No ICE." Unfortunately, you already have all three.
Indeed, no kings!
there is so much unrest in the world, it is a difficult time to be alive!! have a wonderful sunday!!
Yes, same in Oregon. I was able to attend for just a little bit here in Florence. lupus just wouldn't let me walk for very long. I was with a friend.

So glad you got out to the weekend protest. I joined ours in Santa Barbara and I've heard estimates of 10,000.
I would have gone to ours, but I had company. Good for you for attending.
