Just read your comment. The most famous pancake race is between Olney, England and Liberal, Kansas. I was going to mention it, but ran out of time to get my post together on time.
The food looks good. I made burgers with chips on the side. DH had a beer. We each had a jelly donut for dessert. You can tell that we are really into healthy living can't you? Hey, the lettuce and tomato on the burgers were organic. It is a once a year thing.
