We were gifted with one pretty day in a long month of April showers, and took a walk downtown, where I noticed a few interesting murals and this painted utility box. |
Inside the shop Bongz and Thongz: hand-blown water pipes and a mural depicting a few cultural icons. Bongz and Thongz has been in business since 2011. |
More art work inside Bongz and Thongz |
This is the door of Bongz and Thongz. I didn’t need any water pipes, but went in to see the art work. |

Great collection of street art. My favorites are the first two and the last flower box. Have a great weekend.

ReplyDeleteGreat street art in your town. It lights up the streets – the flower box is lovely. I wish more cities had street art like this.

ReplyDeleteFun pictures. It takes nerve to go in a place called Bongz and Thongz!
ReplyDeleteLove them all, but certainly esp The Simpsons!

ReplyDeleteThanks for participating in Monday Murals Mae.
What a fun set of murals. Was that Cheech and Chong on the right in that mural above the bongs? Even the sale of paraphernalia is forbidden in Wichita. I enjoyed all the murals and the last one, the planter box, may be my favorite.
