Interesting. I have to say that I am not at all familiar with Ethiopian cuisine but it sounds like something I should look into . Why not? I love your little herb garden and I am anxious to get back to Pennsylvania to get some plants and start mine. We leave Florida tomorrow to return for the summer.

You look to have eaten well this month! I love exploring new cuisines, and Ethiopia is one where the book definitely needs to be opened. Marcus Samuelsson has been staring at me from the cookbook shelf for awhile now, with so many intriguing Ethiopian recipes.
