ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos. That sunset must have been wonderful to watch.
ReplyDeleteUntil I became a naturalist, I was almost unfamiliar with the idea of wildlife refuges. I had no idea that we have two in our county, and each is over 40,000 acres of space for wildlife. Pea Island is beautiful. I love seeing all the birds there.
ReplyDeleteLovely scenes, thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteWishing you a great reading week
Looks like heaven!
ReplyDeleteLove your photos! We stayed overnight in Kitty Hawk a few years ago on our drive north a few years ago and I'm still sorry we didn't get down to the lighthouse. I'm hoping to spend some time on the Outer Banks on another trip though.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Looks like a relaxing adventure.
ReplyDeleteYep. I definitely failed Geography in high school. Hated that class so much. Which means I had to Google Hatteras Island to see where that is. lol
