Nice shots - a trip is always good.
ReplyDeleteI had never thought vultures are worth watching until recently. We were parked on a bluff watching the sunset and were right at eye level with vultures circling some carrion in the valley below. Watching them soar literally right in front of us was hypnotic. I guess I had only seen the flying overhead before and did not realize how's they seem to float on the air currents.
ReplyDeleteBird-watching is always a treat. I saw my first Indigo Bunting yesterday :) Sweet! I've never seen any of the birds you mention in this post. It's fun to see new ones.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a lovely spot to look for birds! I hope it was a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your time away.
ReplyDeleteVery nice photographs.
