These turkeys are wild, but they seem to like to graze on well-tended lawns.

A visitor to my kitchen landed on the kitchen sink faucet.

Keeping the river clean enables the workers to enjoy the water and the sun, and achieve a worthy outcome :)

The swallows are also nesting here and our HOA is trying to figure out how to stop it in the future. I do love having the birds around, though.

Those waffles and fruit look so scrumptous!

Hello,
Looks like a nice day and lovely weather to be outdoors at the river. Great capture of the wild turkeys. I like the Mickey Mouse mural.
Cool shot of the swallow nests. The waffles look yummy! Take care, enjoy your day and happy week ahead.

Mae, this is a lovely post. I do enjoy seeing the wild turkeys. We have them here but a little further inland. OK, is that a cricket? All of the images are wonderful. This is a nice place to go paddling. The food it making me want baked goods. The strawberries are so red and ripe. Have a nice day.

After a rain, we always have wild White Ibises roaming around our neighborhood.

Reminder to self: Make some waffles tomorrow, too.

Our wild turkeys are very skinny compared to your turkeys. I do enjoy waffles with lots of whipped cream..
