Bonsai are the most thrilling plants. These are gorgeous. Your curried chicken looks soo good. As for your comment about the dietitian, I agree. We saw her last year when Mr. M. lost his kidney. I had already laid out my plan for a kidney friendly diet and brought in my spread sheets. She was quite impressed and really had no information for me that I had not already researched and put into play. We never went back. However, insurance and our doctors require us seeing her again. It's a waste of time and money but it is what it is. I will let you know how it turns out. LOL have a good day.

I've both (1) desperately wanted to have a bonsai tree and (2) been completely terrified I'd kill it if I did own one.

It only takes 5 years to train your own bonsai (ha ha)

Love the bonsai Mae. It makes me want to try growing some-grin. I wonder how old those particular trees are because I believe it takes quite awhile for them to get to the size they are.

What beautiful bonsai! They take years to train. You really need patience. I had to smile at the drooping one. I don't know if that was done on purpose.
Your chicken curry looks delish. I never thought of using fenugreek seeds in a curry. Must try it. I have those seeds in my pantry but don't use them often.
Enjoy your weekend,
