I’ve redone my refrigerator magnets: now it’s almost all birds. Plus the air plant that lives on the fridge. |

These are just the owl magnets. |

I always enjoy visiting Downtown Home and Garden, a store with many different sorts of merchandise and two cats. Besides household goods and L.L.Bean clothing, they have many dog and cat toys and pet supplies, garden tools and outdoor equipment, kitchen tools, and a large Christmas area.
Looking forward to Thanksgiving

Your fridge magnets are so fun! Enjoy your Thanksgiving!
Hello,
You have a nice collection of magnets, the owl magnets are my favorites. The mural is pretty, it does look like a desert scene.
Sweet kitties and the bear modeling clothes is cute too.
Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a great weekend. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.
Cats live in a store? Cool. And wow, those "glasses" I´d buy.
The recipe-book sounds interesting.
I think I need a road trip to Downtown Home and Garden! And loving your fridge!
Wonderful post
I would certainly enjoy that Downtown store. And the resident cats!
Downtown Home & Garden looks like a delightful store. Happy Thanksgiving!
I used to collect owls, they were all around my house. Then I switched to lighthouses. Don't know what it will be next
I have magnets on my fridge from the places I've visited
I love murals. There's a town near where I live that's "the mural capital of Florida". My daughter and I are going there for 4 days on Monday
Cute cats!
I don't drink but I like those drink ornanments
Love the bear and the painted window. great job!
I love the joy that comes from small things like magnets!
I like those owl magnets. Do you just switch them around on occasion or do you get new ones to replace the old ones? I'm also looking forward to Thanksgiving. And I enjoy Jane Austen but I haven't heard of these. Are they short stories? hugs-Erika
Answering Erika’s questions:
1) When I see magnets that I like, I buy them. Or at least a few of them, especially when on vacation. For a long time, I just take some down and put up some new ones, but this time, I went through the box of old ones and just found birds.
2) These are three Jane Austen short works that were not published in her lifetime. In particular, Sanditon was in progress at the time she died. Lady Susan was written when she was very young, and never published.
Thanks for asking! Have a great Thanksgiving.
I love owls and i saw a gorgeous owl sculpture at the festival on the weekend. I wish i had the money to buy it!
I do like your frige!!!
Cats in stores are the best. I love seeing cats out "in the wild."
I don't drink but the drink ornaments are so cute and look realistic.
Great photos. This is the perfect time of year for Austen!
Voilà un post plein de variétés qui fait plaisir à lire. On ne parvient pas à imaginer ici l'importance de thanksgiving (pauvres indiens ils n'ont guère été récompensé de leur générosité), mais je vous le souhaite bon et joyeux
I love your magnets but I'm one of those people who can't stand to have ANYTHING on their fridge. Stresses me out.
Love the kitties!!!!!
Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Good fridge magnets.
Love the magnets especially the owl ones. We have a lot of magnets too, like collecting them. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.
The magnet collection and the kitties are wonderful. Thanks for sharing. Be well!
The painting on the shop window is beautiful!
We don’t have a store selling LL Bean here. The nearest one is about 90 minutes away.
I like your magnets and the thanksgiving painting. The mural... mwah
That sounds like a nice shop to visit, especially since they have cats too :) Years ago I started a fridge magnet trend at work, whenever one of us (receptionists) goes overseas we bring a magnet for the colleagues. So now I have loads of them! Nice window mural too. Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Mae.
My fridge is covered with these holographic magnets the kids got in snack boxes when they were small. I can’t quite bring myself to remove them even though it’s been a decade or so since the last one was added and they are now all technically adults.
Wishing you a happy Thanksgiving week
