  3. This is a taste of home for me! We went often when I was growiing up., I lived in the Swathmore/Aston area and it was a quick trip. Beuatiful gardens. I miss Pennsylvania.

  4. Those tulips are gorgeous and fabulous when planted in masses. Happy spring!

If you are unable to find my blog or unable to comment, please give me a heads up at harvee44@yahoo.com. I fiddled with my blog and haven't received any comments. Maybe people are just outdoors enjoying the spring weather, lol. Thanks.

  6. How lovely to see this -- and before you'll be seeing it here, so you'll get a double whammy!

  9. What a gorgeous garden Mae! The colorful flowers feed my need for color here in this dreary PNW spring. And the weather looks perfect.

  10. Your visit to Longwood Gardens reminds me of my visit to Monet's Gardens in April last year. The signt of the flowers was magnificent. The abundance of such color was heartening to me---plants press on, making their way in the world despite all the obstacles. The people seemed to be trying to compete with the flowers in the beauty of what they were wearing.

    Such a lovely, spring-y post.

  16. There was a power outage in my neighborhood and I have been without power for nearly 24 hours. That is why I'm late visiting.

Your tulip photos are stunning. What a HUGE outpouring of lovely blooms. I am in total awe and so glad you shared your photos with us. That last photo of that sunken area is wonderful, too.

You mentioned fast food could include such things as fruit in my "fast food" spread. I had included bananas, to me, the ultimate fast food. I took a bit of license when I named the entry. It had to fit in the circle, so that's why the name. Some of the food was healthy, one was junk food. BUT, it was all fast food, which is why the name.
