Love the markets scenes and food, I wish we had a fresh fish market nearby.
My hubby loves peeps. Happy Sunday, have a great new week!
Ann Arbor is on my list of places to visit. We were supposed to in 2020 and well you know what happened. Maybe this summer or fall.
Lovely flower defying the snow..a lesson for life!
Loved all the photos.
Loved the stroll around the market but loved the photo of that flower breaking through the ice! Amazing
I think I have mentioned that I was born in Ann Arbor, but we left when I was only 6 weeks old. I've been back once and it seems like a great city.
Oh, I love these pictures -- such a great collection from many of my favorite places in town! I especially appreciated learning that By The Pound still exists... I thought it, like Copernicus (sniff, sob) had been lost when that whole area on Main Street was razed for the new apartment development. That flower poking through the snow gives me hope -- thank you!
It is tough getting good fish here in landlocked Ontario!
The amazing power of nature with that flower coming through the snow.
The farmers market looks great.
The utility box mural is beautiful. Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Mae.
I wonder if that flower defying the snow is a hellebore? I love a good farmers market although I haven't found a good one yet since we moved 9 months ago. Those mushrooms look gorgeous! Have wonderful week!
Fun pix! I really love the fish photo! Well, love lots of them!
L'hiver semble s'attarder par chez vous. Toutes ces photos sont très attrayantes. je suis absolument stupéfait par l'étal de champignons !!!
No fresh fish here. Nice to see that fresh still exists in some parts of our country. Great murals on the utility box. I see you still have remnants of the snow, too.
These mushrooms looks fantastic.
We actually grow some in our basement, thanks to a kit bought at a fairly closeby mushroom farm.
They taste so delicious!
Oh, that flower in the snow.
Nice mural and ohhhh, love the other shots, too.
We have one such a store, too, but it´s super-expensive.
You live in a beautiful City/area! Sadly, I'm judging that only from your pictures, but they are enough for me to know. The fresh markets and the sushi restaurant alone would convince me. These pictures remind me to some degree of Eugene Oregon (our 'real' home). A beautiful concert auditorium too -- That's one (more) thing we miss about Eugene during the winter -- when we're there during the nice weather it is the slow season for indoor entertainment.
