Last day of our trip

 


Yesterday the whales were coming right up to the little boats. We hope we’ll see more of the same today. We return to the US tomorrow, if all goes as planned!

    It's interesting to me that the whales come up to the boats. I wonder why.

    How exciting. What a joy that must have been. I've been whale watching four times and the boats I was on were big and far away from the whales.

    What a great experience, I think that all of us would like to have, but I share Eileen's view that a whale seen from a larger boat/ship would make me feel safer.
