The first challenge: macarons made to look like something else. The baker named Rebs made them look like her cat Branston. |

Very "sweet"! So creative. Love the cats most, though.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great selection of contestants. The masks are all awesome.
ReplyDeleteTake care, enjoy your weekend!
This looks like a fun programme, I've never seen it! Have a great weekend, Valerie
ReplyDeleteI used to watch this show, and it is pretty amazing if one is into baking with all the drama and sometimes disasters. This episode looks very interesting. I love all the different masks.
ReplyDeleteVery creative! I love macarons.
ReplyDeleteHello Mae,
ReplyDeleteThe cat faces are adorable, the baker is very creative. I like the mask, they are all stars. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a happy weekend. PS, Thank you for leaving me a comment.
Hello Mae :=)
ReplyDeleteThe contestants are so creative, and it must be a fun programme to watch.
Have a great weekend.
All the best
I love this show but last night I was so tired I dropped off during the macarons, woke up and dropped off again for the technical and finally went to bed. I think we started too late. I will re-watch today. I've made macarons before and doing them in two hours -- and creatively -- is a challenge!
ReplyDeleteI'm smiling just looking at the creations from your post. I excited to watch the new season.
ReplyDeleteI've only seen one episode and it was about bread. The flight home from Omaha had it available and I was entralled. Wish I could see it at home. What great creations.
ReplyDeleteThat's not a show I watch, but my son and his girlfriend do = she's quite the baker. Some 'interesting' masks, but I agree with the person ahead of me who said the cats are best. :) Happy fall!

i love the GBBO! And the kiwi version and the canadian and our aussie one. I watch them on Youtube. so much fun! Love that mask with the eyes and the cream filled biscuit hair.
ReplyDeleteI love this show. Every season I can't believe I will like it as much as the last, but whoever picks their contestants does an excellent job, because after an episode, I am once again hooked. Happy end of the weekend Mae. hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteThe Great British Baking Show is my favorite show, I think. I was delighted that it has returned with a new season of episodes. Is it just me or is this season of bakers the best ever? There really wasn't a bad mask among all eleven. The person who went home just had the misfortune to make a mask that was slightly less complex than the others.
ReplyDeleteYes! My family loves it. My 4 year old even loves it!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
