The tracks run quite close to the stadium. 100 years ago, there were trains from Detroit to bring fans to the games, but that hasn’t been the case for a long long time. Now everyone drives. We saw lots of parked cars and a few people winding up their tail gate picnics. As the game was beginning, we walked back home. Not really sports fans. |
If you had been talking basketball, specifically the LA Lakers, I might have been excited. The only time I love to watch football is the Superbowl, and truthfully, that is mainly for the ads. Great photos, though.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure I'm ready to be anywhere with that many people and no masks.
ReplyDeleteSuper love the smiling Police officer! Sent me a lot of good vibes! Congratulations on Michigan's win!
ReplyDeleteToo bad it's too early to safely attend a game. I have family members who would have loved to see Michigan win.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the win! I watch some football but not that much. It's good to see places managing to open up to in-game attendance.
ReplyDeleteYou seem close to the stadium. Do you hear all the cheers on game day? Interesting about the train tracks there.
