We are now 500 miles from Bar Harbor and on the way home. It was a wonderful trip! |
Seeing all the lobster buoys in the water and on the shore was also fun, and we loved eating all kinds of lobster dishes. (Maybe I’ll write another post about it.) |
Best of all was traveling with our family! |
Looks like a lovely trip Mae.
ReplyDeleteSuch a blessing to be with family.
ReplyDeleteIt was great you had the chance to travel to Maine with your family. It looks like everyone had a wonderful time, too.
ReplyDeleteHello, Mae. I'm writing on behalf of my mom, Carolyn, who thinks she may have gone to Camp Hawthorn with you as a child. Is there a way she can contact you directly (not through the blog)?
ReplyDeleteThe buoys-pic is lovely!
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, family, clearly to see :-)
Very clearly, and looks like great fun.

ReplyDeleteYes, I did go to camp with a girl named Carolyn. Maybe it was your mom.
Haven't been to Maine in years. Love the scenery. And the seafood -- SO fresh.
ReplyDeleteWe were planning a trip to Maine, before the resurgence of the virus. Thanks for sharing yours with us. You are so fortunate to have gone there with family.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely trip. We had planned to go this year but that was before the resurgence of the virus.
