Alice in her cap & gown when it wasn't raining. Her high school graduation took place in quite a lot of rain. |
Graduation started at 2 PM today, June 11. Grads march in at the Jiffy Lube Live Concert Venue. |
The beginning of the ceremony: Color Guard and a few of the 650 graduates onstage. |
We could watch on the big screens at either side of the stage. |
The Robinson Singers. This is 2021, so the performance was taped. Some grads wore masks with their caps and gowns. |
One of the few, brief speeches in the 2-hour ceremony. |
Finally, Alice walks onstage in the line to receive diplomas. |
Alice and Zach. |
Alice and Miriam. |

Congrats to Alice. Graduation is a big day.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations. What a blessing she could have a proper ceremony. And that you could be there.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations go to Alice. Looks like she has many honors to her name, too.
ReplyDeleteOh, it must be such fun! Here we don´t have that (at least not when I was young).
ReplyDeleteThe most dumb thing I witnessed was graduates hiring a tractor, getting drunk and driving on the main road. Such "fun"... not!
Congrats to Alice, she did it right, all the best to her future! (And I love the shoes).
Great photos and congrats to Alice. Everyone looks so happy!
