Early Autumn Walk

We walked along the pedestrian-bicycle path in Gallup Park.
It's a warm day and many people were cycling and walking, most with masks.
The fall birds don't seem to have arrived here, but the common summer
red-winged blackbirds left several weeks ago.
A goldfinch preening.

    It is great to get outdoors for a walk. I do not like wasp but their nest are cool looking. Love the sweet Goldfinches. I am waiting for some fall birds to arrive here.     I never see goldfinches here, or I should say very rarely. How sweet to get such good photos! Red-winged blackbirds are another bird I only ever see out away from the city but never here on my little patio.

    Wow, what a wasp nest! You did find some finds on your walk :)
