OK. I got my screen-glasses on. And still... where is the potato? Looks very yummy, though! Is it rice and potato?? I made the big mistake and bought a piece of Elsässer Flammkuchen - from the supermarket. And now I have to eat it all up. Makes at least four icky meals.
@Iris -- There are bite-size pieces of white meat chicken and bite-sized pieces of green bell pepper and bite-sized pieces of dark brown potato. In many Asian dishes potato is a vegetable so there's a scoop of rice with the curry. As I said, I don't know if this is authentic, just that it's from a Thai restaurant.

Thai food is my favourite! Your curry looks delicious and authentic!
ReplyDeleteAs the cup says, this is at a restaurant named No Thai ! I don’t know if it’s authentic, but the owners are natives of Thailand.
