I've recently been motivated to reread the Constitution. I should reread this too -- good reminder of who we are, or are supposed to be. Happy 4th!
ReplyDeleteDid you hear that when people on NPR read the Declaration during Morning Edition and tweeted it out, line by line, they got all sorts of flack from Trump supporters that it was liberal propaganda? The National Memo has a story on it today and last year it happened too and the WAPO reported it.

I used to keep a small copy of the amendments in my purse, my father-in-law loved that i did that. He was a history professor.
