Yellowtail snapper was featured today at Whole Foods, so I bought one. I decided to cook it with some Moroccan-style spices, onions, tomatoes, dried apricots, and preserved lemon.

last November -- lemons in salt and lemon juice. I also used some
slow-roasted tomatoes from the farmers' market, frozen last August. |

That's a mouthwatering meal there! I love the colors.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful combination of colors and tastes. I don't cook whole fish, as Bob has a bone fear, so just get fillets, but it does look great in your dish.

ReplyDeleteI'm not super fan of fish but snapper is my favorite and you had me a lemon with salt! I should be checking whole foods more often!
