Pear Salad


First-course salad: lettuce, nice autumn pears, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, vinaigrette dressing with cherry-flavored balsamic and olive oil. Served with a wedge of Saint Andre cheese. A classic.

  2. Marcellina -- to answer your question, Saint Andre is a very flavorful but mild soft French cheese.
