Thanksgiving In Progress

Herbs from the garden.
Starting the pie.


Ready for dessert in a few hours.
Stock simmering on the stove.
Pumpkin waiting to be cooked...
... now ready to be stuffed. Background: injector ready to inject basting
liquid into the turkey.
Other preparations about to be done: make and bake cornbread and stuffing for the pumpkin, prepare turkey and Weber grill to make smoked turkey. Cranberry sauce: made yesterday. I love Thanksgiving. Have a great one, everybody.
