Alice and Miriam Cook Dinner

In the kitchen of the condo in Kona, Alice made
her creation of tomatoes stuffed with avocado.
And Miriam made green salad.
Dinner: stuffed tomatoes, green salad, bread, and
fruit salad. All the produce is grown in Hawaii:
tomatoes, avocado, lettuce, papaya, watermelon, and pineapple.

How lovely to cook with your grand daughters. I spent Monday evening in the kitchen with our son Jacob who is home - he's going to be our Monday evening cook. He's great in the kitchen. Very capable. Of course he is 38 - abut after four years on a cruise ship, getting used to land living ADLs is an adjustment. No open buffet line here!

I love the idea of the condo so you can cook all that farmer's market bounty! And to do it with the grands is extra special. I look forward to someday being able to do that!
