Cherries, Berries, Cauliflower, Corn

Delicious produce at the Ann Arbor Farmers' Market again this week! The Kapnik girls are the fourth generation of their family to sell produce from the family farms and orchards! I bought cherries and raspberries. I'm planning to make Cauliflower Soup. My most important purchase today was flowers -- see maetravels.blogspot.com for a photo of the garden.

Wow--that's quite a high price for sweet corn. Ours is just coming in at the farms now -- the going price is 50 cents an ear, and sometimes 3 for $1.00.
